1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Auto Flow | AFLO concerning your access to and use of our website and manufacturing services. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.

2. Products and Orders

We specialize in manufacturing premium wheel nuts, axle nuts, and custom automotive fasteners.

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): All wholesale and distributor orders are subject to an MOQ, which varies by product line and SKU.
• Custom Specifications: Orders based on customer-supplied drawings or OEM specifications require a formal sign-off on the first-article inspection report before bulk production begins.
• Order Acceptance: A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. An order is only confirmed once an official Purchase Order (PO) is received and acknowledged by our sales team.

3. Pricing and Payments

We strive to provide competitive, transparent pricing for all our partners.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material (steel) costs. Confirmed orders with advance payments are protected from subsequent price changes.
• Taxes and Duties: Prices quoted are generally exclusive of GST, shipping costs, and international customs duties, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Payment Terms: Standard payment terms require an advance deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to dispatch, subject to approved credit terms for long-term partners.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We maintain a robust logistics network to ensure timely deliveries across India and to over 40 international destinations.

• Dispatch Timelines: Estimated dispatch times are provided upon order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, they are estimates and not guarantees.
• Risk of Loss: For domestic orders, the risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) as specified in the commercial invoice will apply.

5. Quality Assurance & Returns

We stand firmly behind the quality of our AFLO wheel nuts.

• Rust-Free Promise: AFLO wheel nuts are backed by our rigorous quality standards against rust under normal use conditions.
• Quality Standards: Products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the agreed-upon O.E.M specifications, proof loads, and hardening standards.
• Returns: Claims for manufacturing defects or discrepancies in order quantity must be reported in writing within 15 days of receipt of goods. Approved returns will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The AFLO brand, including our logo, name, product designs, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Auto Flow | AFLO. You may not use our branding or catalog materials for unauthorized commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Flow | AFLO shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the specific products causing the alleged damage.
